The technical person your business doesn't have on staff.

AI, websites, search, and the systems in between — for owners who'd rather get a straight answer than a proposal deck.

What I do

01

AI that actually ships

Most AI projects stall because nobody scoped them to a real job. I start from a workflow that's costing you time, and build something that runs — not a demo.

  • Finding where AI genuinely helps, and saying so when it doesn't
  • Building and deploying the thing, start to finish
  • Training your team to run it without me
From $1,200 Fixed fee · Scoped first
02

Websites that do their job

Fast, accessible, and yours. Built so you're not renting your own site back from a page builder every month, and so a phone visitor can find your number in one tap.

  • New sites, rebuilds, and rescues of sites you've inherited
  • Hosting set up properly — and cheaply
  • You own the files, the domain, and the accounts
From $900 Fixed fee · Per project
03

Getting found

Local search, Google Business Profile, and the unglamorous technical work that decides whether you turn up when someone nearby searches for what you sell.

  • A plain-English audit of why you're not ranking
  • The fixes, done — not handed to you as a to-do list
  • Reporting you can actually read
From $600 Audit · Then fixed-fee work
04

The stuff in between

The jobs that don't have a tidy name. Two systems that won't talk to each other, a spreadsheet doing work software should do, a vendor quote you want a second opinion on before you sign it.

  • Automating the manual step everyone dreads
  • Sorting out email, domains, and accounts nobody can log into
  • Telling you when you don't need to buy the thing
Hourly or fixed Quoted before work starts

Built, not pitched

I ship my own software too.

The quickest way to judge whether someone can build you something is to look at something they've built. Shopfloor is mine — a real product, in real use, running the same techniques I'd bring to your business.

A Sand Creek product

Shopfloor

Equipment tracking for the jobsite. Tools, equipment, and assets tracked across sites — built for construction crews, welders, and the trades.

  • AI-powered scanning
  • Real-time location
  • Offline ready
  • Multi-site
  • Team access

The AI scanning in Shopfloor isn't a demo or a wrapper around someone else's chatbot — it's a working feature people rely on in places with bad signal and dirty hands. That's the standard I build to.

How it works

STEP 01

A call, free

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, I ask questions. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll tell you on that call and point you somewhere better.

STEP 02

Scope and price, in writing

What I'll do, what you'll have at the end, what it costs, and when it's done. You approve it before anything starts. The price doesn't move after that.

STEP 03

The work, then it's yours

I build it, hand over every account and file, and show your team how to run it. Stay on retainer if it's useful. Don't if it isn't.

Why a one-person shop

Small is the feature, not the apology.

Sand Creek Technologies is me. When you hire an agency, the person who sold you the work is rarely the person who does it. Here, they're the same person, and you have their phone number.

That comes with real limits and I'd rather say them out loud: I take on a small number of jobs at a time, I don't have a 24/7 support desk, and if your project needs a team of eight, I'm the wrong call — though I'll happily tell you that for free.

What you get instead is someone who'll give you the unprofitable answer. Plenty of this work ends with me telling an owner that the software they're about to buy won't fix the problem they actually have. That conversation costs me a sale and saves them a year.

Start with a conversation.

No charge, no obligation, and no deck. Tell me what's slow, broken, or costing you time, and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth fixing and roughly what it would take.
