Services & pricing

Every price is agreed before the work starts.

No hourly meters running in the background, no scope creep, no invoice you didn't see coming. You approve a number, I do the work for that number.

The work

01

AI consulting and implementation

The reason most AI projects die is that they were never pointed at a real job. I start from a workflow that's costing you hours, decide whether AI is genuinely the right tool, and build the thing if it is.

  • Small automation — one task, one workflow, working in days rather than months
  • Discovery — interviews, a review of how the work actually happens, and a ranked list of what's worth building with real cost estimates
  • Build and deploy — a production-ready result with a success measure agreed before I start, plus documentation and training
  • Honest assessment — including "this doesn't need AI," which is the answer more often than the industry admits
From $1,200 Larger builds quoted after scoping
02

Websites

Built to load fast, work on a phone, and be readable by a search engine. No monthly page-builder rent, no platform that holds your content hostage when you want to leave.

  • New sites, rebuilds, and rescues of sites someone else abandoned
  • Hosting set up properly — usually for a fraction of what you're paying now
  • Contact forms, booking links, and analytics that work
  • Every file, domain, and login handed to you at the end. You own it.
From $900 Fixed fee · Per project
03

Search and getting found

Mostly unglamorous technical work: making sure your site is indexable, your business shows up on the map, and the basics aren't quietly broken. No packages of "10 blog posts a month."

  • An audit that tells you in plain English why you aren't ranking
  • Google Business Profile set up and actually maintained
  • The technical fixes done for you, not handed over as homework
  • A straight answer on whether paid ads make sense for your margins
From $600 Audit first · Then fixed-fee work
04

Everything else

The jobs without a tidy category. If you have a technical problem and nobody obvious to call, this is that.

  • Two systems that won't talk to each other
  • A spreadsheet doing a job that software should be doing
  • Email, domains, and accounts nobody can log into anymore
  • A second opinion on a vendor quote before you sign it
Quoted per job Fixed fee wherever possible

Ongoing

Or keep me on call.

Some businesses don't need a project — they need someone to ask. A monthly retainer buys a set number of hours for whatever comes up: questions, small fixes, tool decisions, a sanity check before signing something.

From $750/month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Unused hours don't roll over, and I'll tell you if you're not using enough to justify it.

How pricing works

01

Scoped before quoted

I don't quote off a phone call alone. I look at the actual thing first, so the number I give you is one I can hold.

02

Fixed, not hourly

You know the total before I start. If the job turns out harder than I estimated, that's my problem, not your invoice.

03

Changes are re-quoted

If you want something added mid-project, I price it separately and you decide. Nothing gets added to the bill quietly.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's normal, and it's what the free call is for. Describe the problem in whatever words you have for it and I'll tell you what it actually is.
